1, the company water-based rust inhibitor use method: First of all, the metal parts can be removed from the surface of the grease, dirt clean, can be directly added to the tap water to adjust the rust liquid, the use of concentration of 8%-10%, can also be added to the water based metal processing liquid to improve the product rust performance. The workpiece can be protected by soaking, spraying and pouring, and the general rust prevention time can be up to 2-3 months. According to the rust prevention requirements and process regulations to carry out natural cool drying, compressed air drying or drying of rust prevention parts, mainly applicable to the machining process, metal processing workpiece, castings, forgings, sintered parts and various profiles and other parts in the process of short, medium and inventory rust prevention treatment. It is also suitable for black metal materials, parts and components of various machinery and equipment in the repair process of industrial production enterprises.

The impregnation process is generally carried out in the workshop, and acid resistant tanks must be used to store the treatment liquid. Wear rubber gloves and a mask during construction.

2. Blow the surface of the workpiece with compressed air or clean it with a brush and cloth.

3, the workpiece is immersed in the tank, the tank under normal temperature conditions (15 ℃-35℃) usually need to soak 35-10 minutes, in addition to heavy rust or oxide skin soaking time should be properly extended.

4. The processed workpiece shall be placed in a ventilated dry place, and can be coated with primer or stored until it is completely dry. During the drying process, the workpiece surface shall not be touched by hand, nor shall the workpiece surface be stained with water.

5, drying time: drying time with different climatic conditions have a large gap. Generally in the temperature of 25℃ sunny day, the table dry time for 3-8 hours, practical work for 24 hours.


Spraying process

This method is often used for outdoor anti-corrosion treatment of steel workpiece. Wear rubber gloves and a mask during construction.

1, first get rid of the floating rust, and then spray or brush the treatment agent on the surface of the cleaned workpiece, usually spray and brush two times better effect (the first time after drying and then spray and brush the second time), the application of force to the serious corrosion parts back and forth brushing several times.

3, the surface of the iron and steel workpiece is not completely dry should not be coated with primer, otherwise it will reduce the adhesion between the phosphating film and the workpiece, affecting the anti-corrosion effect.

4, drying time: drying time with different climatic conditions have a large gap. Generally in sunny days at room temperature after brushing the treatment agent interval 2-4 hours can be coated with rust prevention primer, low temperature should be appropriate to extend the drying time.

Note: Due to soaking time, brushing weight, corrosion thickness and other factors resulting in black, yellow rust conversion products or white crystalline powder on the surface of the conversion film is a normal phenomenon, does not affect the anti-corrosion effect.
