Cleaner BT-4338 is an alkaline degreasing agent compounded by various alkalis, surfactants and water treatment agents. can be used as the cleaner for carbon steel、SPCC、galvanized steel(GI)、Zinc alloyed steels(GA).

Degreaser bt-4338 is an alkaline degreaser. Analysis method of this product:
Take 10ml of the treatment solution with a suction tube and place it in a 200ml triangle beaker. Add 3-5 drops of phenolphthalein indicator. Then use 0.1N H2SO4 standard liquid drops, color from pink to colorless as the end point of titration, the number of milliliters consumed by titration solution is the number of free base points. It can be seen that the method of this product is simple. After a period of use of the working liquid, oil will gradually accumulate. More than 4g/L will affect the cleaning effect, so the working liquid should be scrapped and reformulated to ensure the cleaning effect.
Groove matching method:
Fill the treatment tank with 80% water.
Add degreaser bt-4338 to the treatment tank.
Add water to the working liquid level, stir thoroughly, and heat to the required temperature.
